The Zip Feed tower in Sioux Falls wobbled but it didn't fall down, withstanding a dynamite blast today in 2005 that was supposed to demolish the historic building. The tower was built in the 1950s, but when the Zip Feed Mill closed in 2000, landowners wanted to make way for retail and office space. It took construction workers two weeks to complete the demolition. They used a wrecking ball instead of explosives.
