Jeremiah Murphy captured these photos from the 2011 He Sapa Wacipi na Oskate (Black Hills Pow wow) in Rapid City held October 7-9. The wacipi also featured the Miss He Sapa Win contest, hand game, style show, archery contest, art show and Healing Conference.
