Women's Try It Day

The Outdoor Campus in Sioux Falls held its 3rd annual Women's Try It Day on Saturday. Photos by Rebecca Johnson.

The free event lets women of all ages experience the outdoors. -
There were six different stations, including archery, paddling, geocaching, fishing, outdoor cooking, and BB gun and pellet rifle shooting. -
Instructors gave tips on safety. -
The turnout was good despite hot summer temps. -
Participants could practice catch and release fishing on the campus' pond. -
